I have the right to decline your commission for reasons I see fit.

If payment isn’t given within one (1) week of the initial commission dm, I will cancel your commission and I will notify you.

Will do on a first come first serve basis.

The final product is strictly for personal use. Not for commercial use.

Payment can be made via PayPal (International) or local bank-ins (Malaysians).

Paypal: I will send an invoice through your email

Local Bank-ins: A receipt is required as proof for local bank-ins.

Do not send in payment until I have accepted your commission. I will send an invoice beforehand for PayPal.

No refunds once I have started on the sketch for your commission and it has been approved.

I have the right over the commissioned artwork. Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself in any of my social media.

Unless the commissioner does not want the art to be posted publicly. If you wish your commission not to be uploaded anywhere on social media, please do note me beforehand.

As the commissioner, you are allowed to:

Upload the artwork anywhere you want with non-profitable purposes. Credit my work where credit is due.

Any other personal uses that do not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.

You are not allowed to:

Change, modify etc my works without my permission.

Claim the artwork as yours.
